At mentaldetox.in, we strive for transparency and fairness.
Digital Products & Online Programs
- Once access to a digital product, recorded course, or online workshop is provided, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
- This is due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content delivery.
Live Workshops / Events
- If cancellation is requested before access or event start, refund eligibility (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the event registration page.
- Missed live sessions do not qualify for refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error from our side preventing access
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Mental Detox.
